Return Policy

  • We want you to be happy with your KIN Apparel purchases. In the event you feel that a KIN Apparel item you purchased doesn't perform the way you want or expect, please let us know by reaching out to us at info@kinapparel.org for a return.

  • Any unwashed/unaltered hoodies can be returned within 14 days of receiving the item(s) for an exchange or store credit via an e-gift card. We do not issue cash refunds, just store credit.

  • We do provide return labels. However, customers are responsible for covering the $5 return label fee. Once we receive your return, your exchange or store credit will be issued.

  • Please note, we cannot assume responsibility for lost return shipments. We are unable to credit any original shipping charges that you paid unless the return was a result of our error.

***Our satin pillowcases, satin headrest covers, satin scrunchies, satin headbands and brushes are final sale because of the nature of the product. We do not accept returns for those items.
