Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your KIN Apparel purchases. In the event you feel that a KIN Apparel item you purchased doesn't perform the way you want or expect, please let us know by reaching out to us at info@kinapparel.org for a return.
Any unwashed/unaltered hoodies can be returned within 14 days of receiving the item(s) for an exchange or store credit via an e-gift card. We do not issue cash refunds, just store credit.
We do provide return labels. However, customers are responsible for covering the $5 return label fee. Once we receive your return, your exchange or store credit will be issued.
Please note, we cannot assume responsibility for lost return shipments. We are unable to credit any original shipping charges that you paid unless the return was a result of our error.

***Our satin pillowcases, satin headrest covers, satin scrunchies, satin headbands and brushes are final sale because of the nature of the product. We do not accept returns for those items.
