Custom Dress Inquiry

Please read the following terms in their entirety. Afterwards fill out the form with all required information in order for your inquiry to be reviewed. Any information not answered on the form could delay our response.

Along with this form, please email us (zaneta.bailey@yahoo.com) a clear, full-length photo of yourself and 1-3 inspirational pictures for your garment. Please note I do not make exact replicas of other designers’ work.

After reviewing your application and inspiration pictures, I will respond within 24-48 hours (depending on current number of orders). Please do not submit multiple inquiries.

PRICING

CUSTOM GOWNS START AT $850

Price range depends on date of prom (or event), client’s dress size, fabrics, prints, colors, and hand sewn applications & details. Price includes the following:

• Production of Garment (Start & Finish)

• All Fabric

• All Trims and/or Appliques

• Two Appointments/Fittings (In some cases there could be more fittings)

ABOUT THE FINAL CONSULTATION

Once we have the initial 10 minute consultation and decide to move forward with your custom designed dress, we will send you an email with a link to book your official consultation. Our custom dress consultations are 45 minutes.

Please be on time for your consultation - no more than 5 minutes early. Clients that are more than 10 minutes late will be charged a $15 late fee to be paid upon arrival. Zoom Consultations are available also. Please, have a measuring tape handy for zoom consultation.

The consultation fee of $20 is non-refundable. During consultation the deposit is due along with the consultation fee which can be paid on the Website, via PayPal, Zelle, or ApplePay. Consultation fee DOES NOT go towards the dress UNLESS client pays for dress in full at the end of the consultation.

Please wear form-fitting clothes, proper undergarments, and a regular bra to all fittings. No sports bras, and the fitting will be cancelled if you do not have underwear on.

No more than two additional guests allowed. No Kids or babies. NO EXCEPTIONS - your guest will have to leave if they have babies or you will have to reschedule your consultation.

1. Sketching with Discussion of Color/Style/Shape/Trims

2. Measurements are Taken

3. Fabrics are Chosen

4. Contract will be Signed by Client (AND Parent if it’s for prom)

5. $250 Deposit Payment

6. Followed by Receipt

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payments can be made via Website, PayPal, Debit Card. (We offer AFTERPAY & payment plans).. No checks, No money orders, No Credit Cards.

CASH IS PREFERRED…discounts given to cash customers

Payments must be made every 2 weeks and final payment is due 2 weeks prior to completion or date of event. (Unless other one on one arrangements have been discussed).

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Garment completion time is based on how many other garments we have to complete AHEAD of yours. Normally 2-3 Months.

FOR OUT OF TOWN CLIENTS

Clients should be able to attend at least one meeting for measurements. If you are UNABLE to travel for one appointment, you must be willing to send Professional Measurements & FULL Payment, If you are unable to do BOTH, then I am UNABLE to design and create your garment.
